Paola Tucunduva has been a Business Coach since 2009 and an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience. She worked 10 years at her father's business and was a partner and owner of Roto vic Lavanderia Industrial for 18 years, where she coordinated a team with more than 150 employees and ISO 14001 certification. She is the leader of the non-profit organization Grupo Mulheres do Brasil chapter South Florida.

In recent years, she has served thousands of entrepreneurs as a coach and mentor, who have had extraordinary results through her methodology as a Business Coach.She has delivered hundreds of speeches to audiences of up to 4,000 people. Since she was a little girl, Paola wanted to be an apprentice entrepreneur, following in her father's footsteps in the laundry, which he opened in 1968.

Through Business Coaching Workshops Paola Business Coach helps entrepreneurs take their businesses to the next level

Paola studied business administration at FGV, did a postgraduate degree in finance and marketing and an MBA in Franchising, then worked for 10 years with her father, accompanying the difficulties of the small business entrepreneur. She learned more in practice than in the 4 years of college.

Until she decided to become an entrepreneur, gaining autonomy with my own business. She bought a small division of my father's company (Rotovic Lavanderia Industrial) and that's how she experienced the challenges of being an entrepreneur in Brazil... working with her husband and having conflicts...until one day a devastating fire threatened all her stability and her dream. They managed to rebuild the laundry.

So Paola realized the passion for entrepreneurial education and ability as a communicator was a strong inspiration.

Paola was also an instructor at the Empretec/Sebrae behavioral program developed by the UN, a professor at Fundação Dom Cabral FDC and presenter of the Alma do Negócios program.

In 2008 Paola was the only Brazilian among the 10 finalists of the UN Business Women Award and one of the 15 finalists of the Sebrae SP Business Woman Award. She is also a wife, mother, passionate about traveling (whenever she can, she finds a different place to visit).
